Refund and Return Policy

At Pals Auctions, we strive to ensure a pleasant and trustworthy auction experience for all our users. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.


General Policy

  • All sales are final upon the completion of an auction. Once a bid is placed and accepted, the transaction is considered complete.
  • We encourage all bidders to thoroughly review auction listings, including descriptions and images, prior to placing a bid.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Misrepresentation: If an item is found to be significantly misrepresented in the auction listing (e.g., incorrect descriptions or images), you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Non-Delivery: If the auctioned item is not delivered within the specified timeframe and the seller is unresponsive, you may request a refund.
  3. Refund will be credited in 7 business days to the original bank account

Note: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item or the auction’s end date, whichever is applicable.


Return Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions mentioned:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@palsauction.com with your order details, including the auction ID, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  2. Return Instructions: Upon verification of your claim, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Condition of Item: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  4. Return request must be raised in 7 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the auction.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items sold “as-is” without warranty or guarantee.
  • Any items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Digital goods or services once accessed or downloaded.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@palsauction.com

Order will be delivered in 7 business days

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
